It’s certainly been an undetermined winter this year. Days seemed to have gotten longer. We’ve been blanketed with something new each day that passes and with our much needed 2 shot machine complete, the weather certainly has not worked in our favor to be able to take delivery. I means its July and yet it feels like December still. With the frost laws on major expressways still in full effect, and the transfer of the press, now behind schedule by a month because of mother nature, has put a damper on our projected arrival date. However, the wait is over, it is finally here. Move in and setup is almost complete.
It’s our 5th Cincinnati Milacron Machine we’ve added to our lineup – a 580 Ton Wide Platen, Rotary 2-Shot Molding Machine, offering an 85 oz. barrel shot on the first shot and a 22 oz. shot on the second barrel. Outfitted in Milacron, a 5-axis Sepro 7X-45 robot, 16 station pneumatic and 16 station hydraulic valve gate controllers, 300-pound dryer and an automatic runner grinder/recycler.
