(www.colgrp.com), a division of Colonial Group, announced today that Rob Cummins has joined the company to further develop their growing portfolio of top quality production, service, and prototype programs for automotive and nonautomotive components (aerospace, appliance, etc.) using injection molding.  Rob brings a wealth of experience within the Industry, having spent the last 26 years dedicated, 10 of those years in solar, after exiting the United States Marine Corps, to manufacturing. Rob has been largely influential in managing full programs, tooling, automation, plant builds and many large corporate accounts that included GM, FCA, Toyota, Nissan, Caterpillar, John Deere and Massy Ferguson.

Rob joins Colonial Group, Inc. as the Plant Manager to continue Colonial Plastics, Inc. success of designing, developing and producing the highest quality products possible using automated processes. As a Tier 1 manufacturer in the Plastic Injection Mold Industry, Colonial Plastics Inc. has a superior record of servicing many of the top companies in North America and Europe such as GM, Ford, Chrysler and Volkswagen Corporation.
