Colonial Plastic has again been presented the General Motors Supplier Quality Excellence Award, for the 2016 calendar year, for the second year in a row.
The General Motors Supplier Quality Excellence Award is an honor given only to specific manufacturing locations and only their top performing supplier manufacturing sites are eligible to receive it. Suppliers who receive this award have met or exceeded a very stringent set of quality performance criteria and have achieved the cross-functional support of the entire GM organization. And if achieving the award is not rigid enough, the 2016 year was even a bigger challenge as GM had launched many new and exciting products.
