401K

All ColGrp employees are eligible for our pre-taxed 401K enrollment after 90 days.

BC/BS Insurance

At ColGrp we offer health, vision, and dental insurance. We also offer a basic term life insurance along with a short term disability benefit.

Paid Time Off

All employees are eligible for one week (40 hrs) paid vacation after one year of employment and two weeks (80 hrs) after two years. Holidays include; New Years, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.

Overtime

Hours worked over 40 hours in a work week, you can qualify for time and a half. Sunday hours can earn you double time.
